WOLFIE DOES THE DOUBLE DUTCH It was an excellent weekend for Wolfie at the 2011 Dutch Open, winning the Doubles with Scotland's Ross Montgomery and then retaining the Singles title. In the early rounds of the doubles there is only one word I can use to describe Ross Montgomery's darts "Awesome". Thanks Ross. The doubles final against John Walton and Martin Atkins was one of the finest doubles matches ever seen at the Dutch Open. High scoring and high finishing and the 2 sets to nil result does not reflect the quality of the match. In the singles Martijn Sommers gave Wolfie a fright going 2-0 up and having shots to win. Well done Martijn keep it going. The singles final Dean Winstanley v Martin Adams was a repeat of the Lakeside Final. Another great match which Wolfie won 3 Sets to 2. Congratulations must also go to Trina Gulliver, winner of the Ladies Singles
